Your Responsibilities:


  • You will accompany new products from customer design and specification to series production
  • You ensure effective communication among all parties involved in each project
  • You act as a liaison and point of contact for all phases of a project, from order placement, contract management, development, design, west sampling, launch and approval of sample product, production, and logistics
  • You provide operational and administrative support to the sales management in daily business
  • You create sales statistics, analyses, and reports
  • You assist with maintaining price lists and pricing, and support the annual budget planning process
  • You process customer orders in a timely manner and monitor payment receipts and followup

Your Profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or equivalent, or a degree in business administration/economics, preferably with some work experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • As a technical business administrator, you also bring valuable experience for this position through the second educational path
  • You are proficient in using common Microsoft products, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • You possess organizational talent and analytical skills for managing numbers
  • You are accustomed to working in a structured, independent, and solutionoriented manner
  • You communicate and negotiate confidently in German and English
