We have designed our processes so that as a caregiver, you accompany the clientele in both the residential group and the workshop of the support and care area, allowing you to work continuous 8-hour shifts and avoid split shifts common in the industry. In the residential area, you are responsible, while in the workshop, you take on a supportive role.

Therapeutic, social and nursing care and support for the clientele in accordance with our mission statement
Planning and implementation of individual care and assistance for people with disabilities
Support in daily activities and promotion of participation in social life
Documentation of care processes
Cooperation with family members and collaboration in an interdisciplinary team (physiotherapy, doctors, communication support representatives)
