Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) Building Cleaning | Facility Management

Your responsibilities with us:

Managing, instructing, and directing your cleaning teams, including scheduling and documentation
Ensuring the delivery of contracted services, including documentation and quality assurance
Responsibility for budget compliance and providing entrepreneurial impulses
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues

You will be responsible for various interesting properties in the Mainz area.

What we are looking for:
-
Training as a building cleaner, business administration or management qualification, or further training as an object manager

Several years of experience in service or facility management, or building cleaning
Experience in
team management
Proficiency in MS Office and basic commercial knowledge
Valid driver's license
Customeroriented, empathetic, and pragmatic
