Hi, I’m Tina Johnson Boone, and for over 20 years, I’ve been the steady hand behind executives, operations, and team success. From managing executive calendars to coordinating full-staff events, organizing audits, onboarding new hires, and even supporting small construction businesses — my work has always centered around efficiency, communication, and care.

I often say admin professionals are the glue in every organization. We don’t always get the spotlight, but we’re the ones making sure the lights are on, the schedules are synced, and the coffee is brewing on time for your 8 a.m. meeting!

What keeps me passionate about administrative work is the human connection. Whether it’s comforting a nervous visitor in the lobby, planning a team celebration, or solving a last-minute logistics issue — I love bringing peace, polish, and positivity into the workplace.
