Fallen people are filled with pain

Broken, hurting hearts do fall like rain           

Foolish hearts .. do Truth distain

Hurting .. hiding .. captives remain

Fear can fill the mind with dread

The THIEF speaks lies into your head

Robbing peace with words unsaid

If only God’s rich Grace you knew

Jesus is the “Glorious-Glue” 

He is unbreaking me 

He can unbreak you

Humanity can be renewed 

Jesus was broken on a cross

So that we could be unbroken 

This was God’s plan. Jesus is God's Word .. spoken.

“In Christ”.. God offers healing. Hope & Peace. Even eternal LIFE

If you reject HIM .. are you choosing strife? - (fem-v)

Human are spirit beings: with a soul .. living in a jar of clay 

We are “broken” in spirit .. soul and body.

At the “fall of man” the “jar of clay” gained authority over the spirit being.

Thus, people live their lives in rebellion and opposition to God 

..  oriented to self, living in externals, focused on the temporal 

.. thinking has been corrupted by rejecting God’s Commandments and Laws 

.. the will of mankind rebels against God: through unbelief and doubt .. ignorance and rejection

.. without the wisdom of God: emotions & feelings govern human behavior & actions .. self-leaning & self-reliance oppose God

Since the beginning of creation: this “broken” condition has been passed from generation to generation. 

Human beings are born “broken” .. into a “broken” world system. Presently ruled by the god of this age, Satan.

Out of this “broken” (sinful) condition flows everything that confirms our “broken” nature: Lying, fear, rebellion, selfishness, hatred, EVIL, murder, pride,   GREED, lawlessness and many wrong self-orientations producing lostness & confusion. 

DEATH comes to all .. as a result of the fall 

This is why we need a Savior

This is why God made a Way .. for human beings to be unbroken, restored and made whole

Beware and Be aware: rebellion against God is reflected in unbelief .. ignorance and rejection

What if Jesus really is the Son of God .. sent in the “fullness of time” to become our Savior? 

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.” - John 3 

.. speaking about Christ ..

“The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful.” - John 3

“For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.” – John 3

“For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.” – John 6 

The Supremacy of Christ 

"The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.” – Colossians 1 

What if it is really true? 

God's Final Word is His Son .. 

"In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. The Son gave His own life so we could be clean from all sin. After He had done that, He sat down on the right side of God in heaven." Hebrews 1

What if Jesus really is the “Lamb of God” who was slain to take away the sin of the world?

“You are worthy to take the scroll
    and to open its seals,
because you were slain,
    and with your blood you purchased for God
    persons from every tribe and language and people and nation.
You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God,
    and they will reign[b] on the earth.” – Revelation 5/ John 1

.. the One for the many .. 

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people. For just as through the disobedience of the one man (Adam – the first man) many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man (the “second Adam” – Jesus Christ) the many will be made righteous.

The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” – Romans 5

What if God’s own testimony IS true?

He who has the Son has life .. he who does not have the Son does not have life.

“And this is the testimony: 

God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.” – 1 John 5

Jesus is very straightforward: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” – Jesus Christ (John 14)

“Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” – 2 Corinthians 5

Be reconciled to God 

Be born-again 

Be unbroken 

Until you are “born-again your spirit is asleep. When you are “born-again” God awakens your spirit. This is a supernatural event.

Through belief: you choose this second birth. Your spirit comes alive to God’s Spirit

.. how we can begin to “walk by the Spirit” and be “led by the Spirit”

.. this is how we become a “new creation .. in Christ" 

Spiritual “rebirth” begins a metamorphosis: transformation & sanctification process. Now you are being unbroken. Again, this this is supernatural. Your spirit is learning how to manage your “jar of clay”

Through spiritual growth: healing & transformation occurs AS we cooperate with the Spirit of God

“Do not harden your heart” - God

Do not reject the “Good News” of a Savior.  

Jesus “came from the Father full of Grace and Truth”  in accordance with the Father’s plan: set in motion .. “before the foundation of the world” .. to redeem and restore mankind “in Christ” 

I will confess .. even after decades of following Christ .. and intently studying God’s Word .. there are many things in the Bible I do not fully understand. But I trust God. I take Him at His Word.

The finite does not .. cannot .. fully comprehend or understand the Infinite

Nor in our brokenness, should we limit God: Who He is. How he accomplishes His will.

Even after thousands of years, much is veiled. 

Life is full of mystery .. yet to be revealed
