Trials, tribulations or is it just how you see your life?

We each live lives that are full of opportunities that we might consider frustrating. But are they problems? Your car breaks down, your house has water issues, you lost your keys, and all these seem to be problems but the question is, are they really?

Put feelings aside and look at what the results of repairing the problem are. Did you learn something? Were you able to uncover other issues that might have created greater issues? True not every situation has the silver lining but again not problems are actually problems. Again perhaps these growth opportunities are not coming at an opportune moment but then are they as powerful at causing growth if they arrive at a time that is convenient?

Manny if not most of the situations we find ourselves in are due, at least in some degree, to our choices. If you fail to add oil to your car it will ruin the engine. If you fail to work with your spouse it will create conflict. Our choices greatly influence our future, including how we see that which frustrates us.

So look for the silver lining, search for the positive in the problem. I expect you will find that your day is much more rewarding.
