Dear Bee's, friends & families:  I wanted to share a letter of appreciation that I gave to a great staff member at a local hotel here on St. Simons.   You may ask why is Bill showing you Onions?  Well I do love onions especially sweet ones from Vidalia Georgia or from our import partners in Mexico, Chile or Peru.   Its a sweet buzz on people doing a great job treating customers right, follow up, smiling, & going over and beyond.  Enjoy the buzz here, be kind to one another & help someone.  If you come visit me in Savannah you may get a jar of honey or a sweet onion. These bags are heavy 24.5 kilos each....whew.........

I have been staying off & on in your great hotel over the past 10 years. When I was on the Board of the Southeastern Warehouse Association, I made sure that our annual meeting was held there for many years.
