The Value of a Coach 🏆

You may be thinking, “I've always been very good at keeping my head ‘in the game’ and being professional. After a while, it just seems like no matter what I do at work or at home, I can’t get out of an average or below average result.”

If you're like most people, you've probably heard about the benefits of a coach. When it comes right down to it, a lot of people don't actually have one. Why is that?

Sometimes, the reason is because they don't know how to find a good one, or they don't know what they should look for in a coach, or how to tell if their prospective coach is any good at all.

People have an assumption that a coach will be very expensive, or aren't sure how much value they'll get from the money they spend on sessions with a professional.

Another reason people don't invest in coaching. They think they can figure everything out on their own. This reasoning isn’t solid; it’s flawed because everyone needs help along their journey. If you take a moment to think back when you had no knowledge for how to tie shoelaces: At first it feels impossible, with practice, repetition and patience, you got better and better until one day you were able to do it without even thinking about it. That’s the result of learning!
