The Importance of Building Teams

Everything of Team Building deals with the Laws of Duplication. If you can’t duplicate what you teaching than you are self-employed.
I’m going to break Team building into Three topics: Leverage, Retention, and Expansion

Leverage is the principle to apply to get ever more with ever less.

What am I saying? Work Once, Get Paid Forever

When a Person has a Job they get paid by the hour.  No body can work more than 24 hour in a day, yet with a team you and can compound your time because you are working with other people.  If you are working 5 hours and another 5 members are working five hours, then you have 25 hours of work in a 24 hour period.

The principle of Leverage is to do work only once. Write down what you are doing and hand it over to the person who will do it next time. You will need to refine what you have written, but each time the process gets more consistent, and gradually your input ceases to be needed.

Retention is the ability to hold your team.  There is one important thing you need to grasp, “You are in business for yourself, not by yourself”.  So, it is important to build a community where people feel safe.  People want to feel better with you, more than without you while building their business.
You will be able to create Retention if you are there to allow a member to lean on when in need until they can create Leverage in there own business.

Expansion is now becoming larger. This can only be done with Proven System.

Now create a home base for your team, like a place you can meet, maybe a weekly video conference. You need a Front Line, or a “Board of Directors”. Next, mark your Territory.

Create a name, maybe make a logo, that your team can run with.
You need a Basic plan of action for need members, and you must edify your team. You need a success story fast.
