The Daily Chalkboard - Caring Enough To Matter

THE DAILY C oF WEY


It's too easy to fall into a funk and grovel in the mental and emotional sewer of self pity. We talk ourselves into thinking we don't matter, no one cares and no one listens.

The truth is we do matter, someone does care and someone will listen. It's simply our mission, every day, to find that person and through our actions and empathy, to let them know that we care and that they matter too. Sometimes it may very well be our help that helps us most.

Forget pride and pretenses. Be both accepting and caring, but mostly be giving.
