Strength

You can do all things through Christ which strengthens you. Evangelist Kenneth Copeland hit the nail on the head when he declared that this verse in Philippians 4:13 should read, you can do all things through the Anointed One and His anointing which strengthens you. It is the power of God within you that gives you all the strength and ability you need to do what you are called to do.

Other areas of Strength can also be found in God’s promises. For instance, the joy of the Lord is strength and power for your soul. The Holy Spirit within you is the strength of your life, and the life that He gives you strength to your body. In every area that you are personally weak, He is strong within you.

Know that no matter how strong you are in the natural realm, you are always strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Let these promises sink into your Spirit, and be the power force you were created to be.

Always seek what you are looking for in our Lord’s Word. It is the World’s Truth and will Strengthen you. Here are a verses I choose that I enjoyed.

• “Out of the mouths of babes and unweaned infants You have established strength because of Your foes, that you might silence the enemy and the avenger” (Psalm 8:2) AMP
• “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise Him.” (Psalm 28:7) NKJV
• “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah” (Psalm 46:1-3) NKJV
• “A wise man has great power, and a man of knowledge increases strength; for waging war you need guidance, and for victory many advisers.” (Proverbs 24:5,6) NIV
• “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.” (2 Thessalonians 3:3) NIV

These are few of many I have choose. As you see these verses have a variety types of meanings to them.  Just in these few, I understand that I am strong in the spiritual endowment of power that has been given to me in Christ Jesus my Lord.  Yet, I am not alone.  He wants me to embrace the counsel of many wise and godly advisers to guide me in my life battle, so I can ensure my victory. This is why I have my team, and mentors to follow in my journey.  My closest teammate is my wife, April, now and forever.
