Stop talking it's time to embrace the climb

1d47d9e5.jpgWhen debating a climb which step is the hardest? To be honest no one cares talk is hot air. We do like our debates though. We love to talk about the hard tasks and the difficult agendas in the work place. We talk about just how hard our days are or how long. And to be perfectly honest I have heard of some seriously difficult days. But again talk is just hot air.

People do not want to just talk about actions, many want to either see the action or be a part of the action. We want to see the results of the sweat and work, not hear about it. For example when our electricity is out we do not want to hear the cable guy discuss the issue with the power guy we want to see the lights come on.

But just how often are we the ones guilty of talking about the solution or problem not joining in on the work to solve them? Again yes it will take planning to achieve good solutions to our more serious problems. We need to place solutions as our goals and stop using these problems as clubs to beat each other over the head with.

I guess my point is this, the sooner we choose to make solutions the priority and not just points of conversation, the sooner we will start to see solutions to those problems. The longer we decide to just discuss the issues the more irrelevant we make ourselves. If you have no solutions, that is fine, support those who do.

If anyone was curious if I saw the irony in this post, yes.

Blessings
