me too! 12" earlier and still falling. They lowered the speed limits on all major Hwy's in NYS and PA. Too many pile ups happening over the past few years due to people who don't know how to drive or care about themselves or other drives enough. Nothing screams idiot more than a person doing 65-70 MPH on the HWY when the there are white out's, ice and snow covered roads.
