Make Your Mark, Like Robert Plant Did

Make Your Mark, Like Robert Plant Did

Imagine a world without Led Zeppelin. Legendary Zeppelin co-founder, vocalist, and songwriter Robert Plant was destined to be an accountant. Mr. Plant told an interviewer,

I was supposed to become an accountant....can you imagine that, an accountant?

He also related that he once laid tarmac and other 'dumb jobs' (goo.gl/K0JoUq).  It wasn't meant as a slight toward accounting, he could have just as easily said teacher, CEO, or Prime Minister. The point is, he followed his real passion, and luckily for us, he pursued his dreams to the fullest.

Everyday I strive to do more than I've done already. It's like I have a motor inside running, and the only thing that will keep it going is more achievement. Every successful person out there has a motor that needs to be fed. Feeding that engine can lead to achievements that improve life for you and the people around you.

It doesn't have to be something big like legendary rockstar, but it has to be something (teacher, pastor, inventor, mother, whatever) you truly believe in and are passionate about, otherwise what's the point? We are here for a blink of an eye, make your time count!
