Living Laughing Loving
Why not live a life laughing and loving? Why spend the time complaining and arguing? Are there things that we can complain about? Certainly. But why spend vast amounts of time on it? State your concern and move on. ( At this moment I am compelled to state that I am referring to daily life not social concerns but even some of those can fall into this arena. ) Life is lived day by day so is it necessary to fill it with frustration?
It is very true that each of us face numeral events that are potential reasons to complain and or argue about. Each of these moments seem like valid opportunities to raise our voices in response but wait just a moment and ask yourself will this help or will it just produce anxiety in myself? Will taking this moment to complain actually help me or someone else or will it just bring higher levels of adrenaline?
There is quite a lot of research that demonstrates the simple truth that living a peace filled life produces much greater results. So honestly why not live a life that is filled with laughing and love? Why should we fill our lives with anger and frustration? Yes we can still be concerned about the problems we face but they do not need to become the center of our conversation.
But again let's be honest, the vast number of things we complain and argue about have nothing to do with the greater good it has to do with our opinion. And while yes our opinion matters to us that is most likely as far as it goes so why should we continuing adding stress to our lives? Let the little things go, and live. Find reasons to laugh and seek out people you enjoy being around where you can lift each other up. Love life.
Not all of anybodies life is perfect and some have far more concerns, but in every life there is something we can focus on that will lift our spirits. And in truth the more issues your life contains the more important it is to find and focus on the good. The old adage laughter is good medicine was not made up it was derived by insight.
If you don't agree with me I ask you to try an experiment. Spend two days focused on living a life filled with laughter and then ask yourself how you feel. If you prefer your life of filled with complaints and arguments return to it, no loss. But if you enjoyed those two days stick with it. Our opinions matter to us but before we pass them on lets be sure they are not simply designed to play with our and others emotions.
You matter! So ensure your life matters too.
Blessings
