WHEN AUTUMN ARRIVES

Sigh. Wasn’t it just the first day of spring or summer? It’s so true that we need to cherish every day we’re given, because they move so quickly!

And part of that cherishing, at least for humans, is the ability to laugh and enjoy the good things in our lives. I hope this edition of my FridayFunday posts raises your spirits as much as putting it together has raised mine.

This time around, Susan, every single one of your gems has me in fits. As one, however, who loves to go tangent seeking and often lacks focus on the essentials, your perfect purr-rif-a roll vision "takes the biscuit", or should it be "is the bread winner"? And then there's the ice cream and wine teaser, which goes to prove that, although "the best things in life are free", money sure buys a whole lot of compensation.

Thank you Susan. Did you manage to track down the work of Simon Drew. Examplesof his artwork/humour. Several fish joined by string and titled Joined up Whiting. A group of dogs and cats in front of a stove titled The North Face of the Aga. #2

You've done it again Susan, a rib tickling collection. Favourite(s)? The last two. The penultimate one begs the question will there eventually be too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The last one I can hear myself saying of course I ate healthily, from the salad bar.
