Spending time dreaming is not the waste of time some would have you believe. Daydreaming, more than anything else, can stoke your creative energy and amp you back up. It's vital to your overall mental, emotional and physical health, and neuroscientists have found dreaming to be an important part of your cognitive well being.

• "Dreams are necessary to life." - Anais Nin.  Everybody in the World's main goal in life at a subconscious level is to "belong." Look everywhere. All people want to fit in somewhere. They do this through the clothes they wear, to the schools they choose, to the sometime the career they choose.
  So many of these people do not have a personal goal or destination, so they go and build someone else's dream so they can "belong".

  Visualize what you want, and the date you want to accomplish this dream. The date is very important.
  Now, that you have you both, you can work backwards. Subtract that date from today's date and this is the time your have to accomplish your goal. If you already have a work of plans set, take that and divide those works into this time periods.
  You now know what work per day you need to accomplish to achieve your dream by this date.
  If your vehicle is sound you should be very fired up. If the work seems to overwhelming, don't quit, just rewrite a part of the equation, such as the date you want to complete your Dream.
