How to Add Your Twitter Account to Your Profile on beBee

Did you know that you can add your Twitter account as a featured link on your beBee profile?

Doing so makes it easy for your followers on beBee to find and connect with you on Twitter as well. 

However, the biggest benefit is that whenever someone on beBee shares one of your buzzes or post in Producer on Twitter, your Twitter handle automatically gets populated in the Tweet!

This way you are aware that someone has shared your content from beBee on Twitter. You can engage with the tweet by liking and retweeting it. It also gives you a chance to thank that person for tweeting your buzz.

Here is a buzz on beBee that Matt Sweetwood shared of beBee co-founders Juan Imaz and Javier Camara Rica at the Yankees game in New York. Note that I have clicked on the share button and then selected Twitter.

Then, once it's on Twitter it looks like this. Note that Matt's Twitter handle (@MSweetwood) was automatically populated in the Tweet. For me, I didn't have to remember it when creating the Tweet, and he receives a notification on Twitter that I tweeted his buzz. (Come on Matt, where's my retweet!?)

Here's how to do it

To add you Twitter page to your beBee profile just follow these simple 15 steps. Ha! It's actually three VERY simple steps. 

1) Go to your profile on beBee. 

2) Scroll to the bottom of the page. 

3) Then add the link to your Twitter page. (Note: I have 4 links added to my beBee profile w/ Twitter being one of them)

So, if you are on both beBee and Twitter there is no reason not to immediately add your Twitter account to your profile on beBee! This simple step will go a long way in being able to use these powerful platforms in tandem.
