They did not understand that Joel was more than just a piano man, to me he was and is one of the most brilliant lyricist I have come across. He is a paper tiger at large. The poignant power of '' Good Night Saigon'' or the exciting melody of ''A Matter of Trust'' always throw my spine into a shivering mode. Forty years on and its not up for debate, the prophetic element of his texts is still acutely and scarily relevant !!!

Travelling and running have always been an intertwined lifestyle habit. I have ran in many countries including Italy, Spain, Portugal ,UK and France obviously but also less travelled spots such as Dubai, Moscow, Kiev, Tallin or even Sarajevo in Bosnia to name a few. That's said, there has always been something special about running at dawn in one of the German Landers.

At best I thought this ain't going to define me, this is just a hiccup. Millions of people live with this. There is even an all diabetic pro-cycling team. Maybe I can help and lead the way by setting up diabetic friendly runs or cycle spins? Maybe there is something good about this?

Social Media is a strange beast and to me it is a bit like giving an oxygen mask to a fish at times. When I was thinking about this unstructured article I was thinking about the illusion of immediacy, the topic being social media I realized I probably meant proximity.
