Critical Supply Chain Risk Workshop for Pharmaceutical
FREE ON-DEMAND WEBINAR
Duration: 1 Hour
Map your journey to supply chain resilience
Webinar Description: Pharmaceutical companies face a daunting array of risks and failing to protect their most valuable products often has consequences that go far beyond the actual cost of the incident. Interruptions, such as cargo theft, substandard products, interruption to production, counterfeiting, and theft cause companies to scramble to respond and recover, which disrupts delivery deadlines and impacts their reputation. The ever increasing attention and scrutiny on controlled products, new high-value products, and vaccines underscores the importance of increasing supply chain transparency and reducing risk.
Organizations need to proactively identify the critical risks to minimize disruption and help protect global operational, financial and reputational exposures. Proactively identifying risk can help pharmaceutical companies understand where their greatest risks lie and help justify appropriate mitigation measures.
Mapping out your supply chain and identifying specific risks will help you to understand where your critical vulnerabilities lie and where you need to focus your efforts and budget to mitigate those risks. By utilizing this risk-based methodology you will gain unparalleled visibility to help you build resiliency in the supply chain and increase trust with partners and customers as you secure your global operations.
Join BSI in this interactive workshop where we will guide you through how to identify critical gaps and create a map of your supply chain allowing you to begin identifying and assessing your internal and external threats.
