A New Year, New Decade: Will You And I Monetize Like Never Before?

A New Year. A New Decade.

Will you and I monetize like never before, or do will remain stuck on autopilot?

Regardless of the training and skills possessed by an elite member of Seal Team Six, it all comes down to execution. Can they pull the trigger at that critical moment? Can they succeed in their perilous mission, hell or high water?

Targets move and terrains become confusing during the “cloud of war.” But even these situations are overcome by the elite who can execute.

In the business world I meet many intelligent, highly-educated, and competent professionals. And yet, they fail to pull the trigger when the most opportune target presents itself.

Why?

The maintain habits which won’t allow internal change. Their ego gets in the way, creating a blind spot, and they won’t adapt to the situation.

This is particularly true of those who have experienced a level of great success in their past. They live in the past and believe that their portfolio of skills and know-how will see them through forever.

New technologies emerge. Customers demand more, something innovative. And your employees and partners want to elevate the culture.

But there we are, struggling with our egos, not responding to the needed changes. And those changes are happening so fast these days.

2020 will be your best year. It will be my best year. To the degree we keep our eyes and minds open.

Observe. Learn. Adapt. Execute.

Edwin, A lot ow what is have been bending my mind around lately is the low number of purchasers of self improvement products actually take action. Taking action is critical but it can only happen when you have the right attitude. As Voltaire said, "Each player must accept the cards life deals him or her: but once they are in hand, he or she alone must decide how to play the cards in order to win the game." And so it goes.
