A Fresh Start

A Fresh Start

  - Stal

It's been a while since I've written about anything. Not much I've wanted to blog about during the covid-19 pandemic. Hope everyone who takes the time to read my blog has been doing okay.

For the most part things have been good. I had to get tested a few times because people in the building I'm staying in got sick or tested positive. Then I got the vaccine. For the most part things are getting back to normal in Seattle. You have to have your shot card to eat in a restaurant or go see a movie.

That's different.

Recently my phone has gone missing and I had to have it deactivated. I'm still on disability and get paid at the beginning of the month. If I don't find my phone by then my phone number will get recycled and the information on the old phone will be lost. In the mean time I can't check my email or social media accounts. They can't text me a message because my phone is turned off.

Oh well ! My passwords are all in a folder in a box somewhere in my storage locker.

Lucky Me

It looks like I'll be getting new Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts and starting over.

Maybe it will be good to get a fresh start after this Covid Mess

Think of a fresh start, Mark, as a huge opportunity that’s been given to you, like a Xmas present. Writing’s one means of cultivating that opportunity. Lots of avenues to explore and not everyone alway wants to hear what we have to say, but when the comments come thick and fast we know we’ve hit gold. All we really do as writers is watch and listen, then the words follow.

Fresh starts can win hearts!

Mark, Good to hear from you. Sometimes starting over is the door opening to more than one new beginning. Happy holidays and all the best toward finding the new you on 2022.
