A cup of tea
When travailing the byways of life do not consider the splashing of cars that soak your cloths as a reminder to hate life but instead see these moments as the motorists kind reminder that you need a proper cup of tea.
Tea is not coffee made in a rush and drunk quickly and without thought. Coffee whose only concern is to slam your adrenal glands into high gear and jump start your body back into motion. Tea is steeped, it takes time to make correctly. It is caffeinated but it's agenda is not to slam you into high gear but to warm your heart and lift your spirits. Tea is sipped and enjoyed giving one time to think and ponder the day ahead or reflect on the plans you have made. While some might make a case for the place of coffee in our daily lives it is hard to take them seriously when you reflect on the restorative effects of a proper cup of tea.
Life comes at you fast each day it is filled with events and needs and so each day we make plans and execute them to the the best of our abilities. As we travel through our day attempting to keep on schedule and maintain our calm, life happens, we are splashed by other motorists. It is at these moments we must not over react and execute poorly created plans but instead take a moment enjoy a cup of tea and proceed in an accurate manner that continues to accomplish the true agenda we had in mind when we began down the road we were traveling. Rushing rushing rushing rarely accomplishes the most accurate interpretation of the goals we have but it does encourages us to think it will.
Next time life splashes you and causes your mood to shift take the time to brew a proper cup of tea and see if it does not indeed improve you mood and lift your spirits. This amazing event can save a day and in fact might cause you thank that motorist for giving you the impetus to take the time to reflect on how your day is progressing. Not every interruption to our day or to our carefully laid plans needs to be seen as frustrating but might instead be just he blessing we need.
Have an amazing day!
Blessings
