The ability to lead with both strategy and softness.

Power, to me, is not about control; it’s about connection.

It’s about showing up fully, even when the room wasn’t built for you. It’s about building new rooms.

I am powerful because I choose to lead with dignity, empathy, and vision.

And I help others do the same.

And... Yes, I believe I am walking in alignment with my God-given purpose.

I was created to be a bridge; between cultures, between Conflict and Resolution, between Pain and Healing.
