Situation:

The organization initially had relationships with only 2 active employer partners, limiting job placement options for clients.

Actions Taken:

• Conducted proactive outreach to local employers via email, phone, and in-person visits
• Attended community networking events and workforce meetings
• Built and maintained employer contact lists
• Presented program services and candidate readiness
• Followed up consistently with employers to build trust

Results:

• Increased employer partnerships from 2 to 14
• Expanded job opportunities across multiple industries
