We are currently seeking a Senior SEM/Google Ads Specialist to join our team in Manhattan. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work setup, giving you the best of both worlds—flexibility and in-office collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement, and optimize SEM strategies primarily on Google Ads, ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize reach and ROI.

Campaign Management

  • Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various networks (Search, Display, Video, etc.), ensuring performance meets or exceeds defined KPIs.
  • Monitor daily and monthly budgets, adjust bids, and allocate resources to maintain optimal campaign efficiency.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance through detailed reports and dashboards, identifying insights and trends that drive data-based decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, etc.) to accurately measure and report on campaign performance.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Content, and Data Analytics to align SEM strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Communicate campaign results, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with the latest SEM trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices.
  • Explore and test new approaches (A/B testing, new ad formats, emerging channels) to drive continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns with measurable ROI.

Certifications

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are highly desired. Additional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other relevant SEM tools.
  • Experience with remarketing tactics, A/B testing, and advanced audience segmentation.

Language

  • Native-level English is required.

Educational Background

  • While there is no strict minimum academic requirement, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.
