    The successful applicant will be responsible for, full project lifecycle of solutions within the ENGLink MS Dataverse and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, Software as a Service (SaaS).

    In this capacity, you will coordinate with Information Technology staff and End Users on requested Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, and will review the technical requirements to architect, design, test, implement, and maintain a solution.

    You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution being developed considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

    You'll participate in sprint development including disciplined testing (unit, functional, regression) and reviews as a continuous process, to avoid finding issues at the end of sprint development.

    Develop the features and capabilities, including source code, as work items in the repository that were established in the sprint plan.

    As part of the development process, create discrete test cases that can be automated to expedite platform testing. Your contributions and leadership will be vital to providing a positive, high quality user experience to our nation's veterans.

    The overall program supports the sustainment, operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the D365-based systems and their integrations with ENGLink Interactive Application supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite utilized by over 36,000 users in the emergency management community.

    Previous experience working with MS Dynamics 365 / Dataverse /Dynamics Customer Experience (CE) or with in Department of Defense (DoD) applications is preferred.

    Experience working in support of Federal, State, or Tribal Governments, or a health care client is highly desired.

    The candidate will regularly interact with stakeholders, Business Area leadership, USACE HQ stakeholders and COR, and is expected to document and report any issues that arise.


    HOW A WEB DEVELOPER SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
    Develops, codes, deploys, and maintains web applications and websites
    Perform as a senior developer for the delivery of Dynamics 365 configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts

    Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and Dynamics 365

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions

    Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

    Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers

    Test and debug software applications

    Manage code repositories and version control systems

    Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance

    Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and share your knowledge with the team

    Acts as highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.

    Perform architecture, design and development of full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks

    Works independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software.

    Lead the development of user stories, use cases and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders
    Contribute to ENGLink's architectural best practices and Dynamics customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics 365-based projects

    Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed

    Deliver quality code and fixes, on time, with rigorous testing

    Document design, tasks, bugs, user stories, requirements
    Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment

    Support system interruptions and ticket resolutions in customer required timeframes

    Support to DevOps test, planning and execution;

    Support review and risk assessment of Change Requests;

    Communication of any issues, problems, or risks to leadership with recommended solutions;
    Meeting attendance with program personnel and ENGLink stakeholders and support to reporting efforts;
    Preparation of ad-hoc reports and presentations for PMO and RSC personnel

    Utilization of professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to resolve issues affecting system performance.


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    Education:
    MA/MS Degree in computer science or related technical discipline and Technical Training and Certification(s)
    Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience (5+ years software development experience)

    Required Technical Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365, in-depth hands on-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics platform, the entity model, security model and Web services.

    Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure is required. Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).

    Security Clearance Level:
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.


    Certification:
    Must currently possess a Security+ (IAT II) certification, or be willing to receive within 45 days of hire.

    Required Skills and Abilities:
    Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills. D365 certifications, and Azure certifications. ITSM and Azure Dev Ops Experience. PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect.

    Preferred Skills:
    Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems is a plus. Previous Department of the Army or USACE experience. Previous experience supporting the emergency management community.

    The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $177,632. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

    Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
