    Licenses:

    R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

    AND
    CT Technologist, Computed Tomography
    SSN Required
    DOB Required

    Work History:
    Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
