    This role is responsible for understanding the overall project scope and managing all aspects of assigned project(s) including oversight of planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, cost control, and quality functions.

    The Project Manager will lead by example and personify the Companys Mission, Vision, and Values, taking ownership of their assigned project(s).

    This Project Manager will manage projects at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

    These projects may include, but are not limited to:

    Infrastructure, Baggage Handling, Parking Garages, Terminals and Concessions, Aircraft Ramps/Aprons, Passenger Boarding Bridges, CBP, SIDA/Sterile area, Hangars/Support Facilities, Non-Secure Side, AOA, and Fuel Farms/Systems.

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the adherence and utilization of the JWI Playbook in delivering all projectsEstablish clear lines of reporting within the project and team organization and define clear roles and responsibilities for the team members to increase efficiencies and to reduce duplication of effortEstablish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specificationsEnsure effective communication is always maintained within the team structure and with Senior ManagementUnderstand the JWI contract details, and responsibilitiesResponsible for collaborating with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to define work procedures and resolve complaints and construction problemsManage project staff and jobsite construction activitiesInvestigate potential jobsite situations and implement corrective measures as necessaryProactively develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project riskResponsible for all financial aspects of project contracts, including total project budget, labor, expenses and staffing projections, to protect the companys interestFoster and maintain a positive working relationship with clientsWrite technical documents, testing plans, and proposalsAssemble and distribute meeting minutesEnsure project documentation is maintained on a regular basisComplete weekly and monthly reports concerning work progress, costs and schedulingDevelop a preliminary project schedule, coordinate schedule updates and distribute internally and externally, receive, analyze and monitor the contractors schedule for level of detail, accuracy and logicDefine project scope based upon project objectivesRepresent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetingsSchedule and lead project meetings such as weekly and OAC meetingsResponsible for interviewing, recommending, and negotiating contractual service agreementsPrepare and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractorsProvide guidance, direction, and oversight to junior level Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on assigned projectsResponsible for ensuring that project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of qualityPrepare and monitor punch list items; manage the close out process to completionProduce and review design plans, specifications, and cost estimatesEnsure the timely submission, review and approval of timesheets and expense reportsPerform other duties as may be required/directedRequirementsBachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering, or equivalent work experience; PMP a plus4-8 years of project management experience, preferably within the aviation industryExperience working directly with airline/airport stakeholdersFull project lifecycle experienceStrong ability to understand/interpret construction drawings/detailsAbility to obtain and maintain an airport badgeStrong knowledge of airport operationsGeneral knowledge of contract management and budgeting/estimatingAdvanced interpersonal, managerial, administrative, and organizational skills, including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflictHighly proficient oral and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong ability to balance multiple priorities, work and communicate effectively in a team environment to meet deadlinesActive participation in industry organizations a plusExperience using MS Office suite and industry related project management softwareCompany BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision insurance options for employee and familyHealth Savings and Flexible Spending Account options availableCompany-provided group life, short and long-term disability, and voluntary life optionsMatching 401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysStudent debt repayment resources availableID Theft protectionProfessional development and tuition assistanceCompany-sponsored social eventsEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/DisabledAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
