    Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys supporting teams and solving real problems? Randy's Flooring, a well-established, employee-owned flooring company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Eastern Iowa, is excited to welcome a Sales Manager to its growing organization.

    As the Sales Manager, you'll serve as a leader and escalation point for a team of experienced sales professionals, supporting complex projects, resolving
    customer issues, keeping installs on track, and helping protect margin and customer experience.
    What You'll Be Doing


    • Lead, support, and develop a team of sales professionals
    • Partner with sales reps on complex or high-impact projects
    • Review active jobs with sales, contractors, and customers to ensure accuracy and follow-through
    • Step in as an escalation point for customer concerns, claims, credits, and rebates
    • Review sales performance, forecasts, and monthly metrics
    • Assist with AR reviews alongside sales reps
    • Manage scheduling and retail floor coverage
    • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements, growth initiatives, and market feedback
    What We're Looking For


    • Sales leadership experience within flooring, construction, or project-driven environments
    • Strong understanding of job costing, margins, and project execution
    • Comfortable managing people and projects simultaneously
    • Clear communicator who can support, coach, and step in when needed
    • Associate's degree or higher preferred (experience may substitute)
