    Inside Sales Customer Account Manager

    needed for full-time position in Nashua NH offering $25-35/hr. DOE. The ideal candidate will have 5+yrs experience in a similar role within manufacturing, distribution or similar industry.     Primary Duties:

    • Process order requests from customers, field sales and other internal or external sources.
    • Respond to customer calls and emails pertaining to quotes, RMA's, shipping and follow up on orders.
    • Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and build strong relationships with accounts
    • Liaison among customers, internal operations, and field sales regarding information related to customer orders and inquiries.
    • Assist customer with complaints and communication to the necessary internal team members for resolution.

    Desired Skills, Education and Experience:
    High School Diploma required; College education a plus
    5+yrs experience in a similar role
    Knowledge of manufacturing industry

    Computer skills:
    MS Office & ERP/CRM systems such as SAP
    Ability to work in-office M-F first shift, pass criminal background check and drug screening

    Compensation:
    $ $35.00 per hour
