    Job Description We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales manager to join our fast-paced team.

    You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients.

    You'll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking.

    Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins.

    $150,000 - $180,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
    Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
    Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
    Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
    Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads

    Qualifications:
    This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
    Good organization and time management skills
    3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
    Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major is desired
    Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
