- Tutera Senior Living & Health Care provides skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and home health services to over 2,700 residents and patients across nine states.
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, reviewing, screening, and referring applicants to hiring managers to interview.
- Source and recruit for a wide variety of candidates - professional, clinical, non-clinical, skilled trades, and operations
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process - applicant to onboarding as a new hire
- Determine appropriate sourcing strategies including posting jobs, database searches, networking, promoting job/profile pages, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and applicant information in recruitment systems – ATS, HRIS, etc.
- Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems preferred
