- Oversee all production operations to help your teams fulfill their responsibilities
- Maintain FDA-compliant sanitation standards for all equipment and facilities
- Manage machine parts inventory to meet maintenance and contingency needs
- Enforce standards and lead your team to hit production goals
- Approve purchase orders over a threshold
- Make final decisions on outsourced teams and vendors
- Experience operating machines and power tools
- Communication and listening skills

- Proficiency in Google Workspaces
- Experience in production for nutritional or dietary supplements
- OSHA and FDA knowledge
- Inventory management skills
- A bachelor's degree of arts or science in business administration, operations, or engineering
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand or kneel for long periods of time
- 1+ year(s) of experience in production industry

You will uphold production standards across the company by correcting production issues.
