Job description

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Utilize QuickBooks Online to enter data in: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Invoicing, Customer information, Vendor information
  • Communication with customers and employees via email and phone.
  • Utilize Scheduling and routing software.
  • Project Estimating
  • Maintain customer information and communicate with customers
  • Order supplies as needed.
  • Organizing and filing documents/records
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.

Key Competencies:

  • Experience in an administrative role

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows

  • Proficient in QuickBooks

· Superior customer service orientation

· Excellent organizational skills

· Attention to detail

· Initiative and ability to work independently

· Able to work well with others.

  • Must be reliable, dependable and have an excellent attendance history.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 to 4 years' experience required
