Job description
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to enter data in: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Invoicing, Customer information, Vendor information
- Communication with customers and employees via email and phone.
- Utilize Scheduling and routing software.
- Project Estimating
- Maintain customer information and communicate with customers
- Order supplies as needed.
- Organizing and filing documents/records
- Complying with all company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Key Competencies:
- Experience in an administrative role
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Proficient in QuickBooks
· Superior customer service orientation
· Excellent organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Initiative and ability to work independently
· Able to work well with others.
- Must be reliable, dependable and have an excellent attendance history.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years' experience required
