Responsibilities Include:
- Direct care delivery including but not limited to assessment of physiologic and psychosocial health status
- Deliver modality specific care including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy,motivational interviewing,contingency management,and relapse prevention/li>Maintain understanding of current treatments,knowledge,and practices in addiction care and prioritize the use of best evidence-based practices/li>Serve as liaison for community outreach/presentations/li>Maintain documentation,patient files,and statistics as required by departmental policies/funding sources/li>Work closely with clinical advocacy teams /coordinate services
