Job summary
This temporary HR administrative role will support all functions of Organizational Development in Training Engagement and Performance Management. This will primarily consist of administrative support data entry printing organization editing documents and website content assisting with employee event planning and execution set up breakdown calling vendors scheduling appointments calling employees creating simple documents.The position will work up to 20 hours a week hours are flexible four five-hour days five four-hour days or combination The selected candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds assist in loading unloading event materials Some driving is required to and from events at various locations within Buncombe County This position does not have health medical insurance benefits Purpose of the position The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support ensure efficient operations program department Minimum Education Training Experience High School diploma equivalent four years customer service office experience or equivalent combination education experience Essential Functions Perform variety general clerical office administrative work support efficient program department operations including but not limited answering phones greeting assisting walk-in customers distribution mail general data entry tasks Provide internal external customer service phone email person respond inquiries program services take message refer inquiries most appropriate parties necessary Coordinate support departmentprogram meetings events invitation distribution registration agenda development dissemination minute-taking duties set conference rooms notify participants prepare assemble meeting materials multimedia equipment Maintain order office supplies assigned needed Coordinate preparation editing distribution correspondence reports documents fax referral monitoring data entry accreditation document processing policy dissemination tracking document management Perform accurate timely data entry post file client data required May assist sending billings mass mailings Process departmental invoices billing purchase orders AFPs Perform basic research compile documents needed reports management-level documents May accept payments fees fines goods services required balance cash drawers registers prepare cash reports Assist special projects duties requested Perform other related duties assigned.
