    We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with extensive experience in staffing and recruitment, specifically in the light industrial sector. The ideal candidate will drive new business, build strong client relationships, and promote tailored staffing solutions to companies in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a sales strategy to acquire new clients in the light industrial sector, focusing on companies with unique staffing needs.
    • Bid for long-lasting client relationships by understanding their requirements and delivering customized recruitment services.
    • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure efficient candidate placement and exceptional client satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify untapped sales opportunities and expand our client base in the light industrial sector.
    • Promote staffing services through presentations, calls, and meetings.
    • Work with internal teams to craft proposals and quotes that align with client demands.
    • Monitor sales progress, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
    • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute significantly to the company's growth and success.
    • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record (3+ years) in sales, staffing, or recruitment within the light industrial sector.

    • Demonstrated ability to acquire clients, manage relationships, and meet sales targets.
