Role Description
This is an internship position for a Data Science Engineer Intern located in Los Angeles, CA, with a hybrid work structure allowing some remote work. The intern will assist in designing and implementing data pipelines, managing and optimizing data models, and contributing to Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Additional responsibilities include supporting data analytics and data warehousing initiatives, while collaborating with team members to deliver innovative solutions for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Engineering and familiarity with building robust data pipelines.
- Experience in Data Modeling and structuring data for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Knowledge of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Understanding of Data Warehousing principles and techniques.
- Ability to apply Data Analytics to interpret and derive insights from complex datasets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for working collaboratively in a team.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field.
