- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for both Management and GP companies, including forecasting applicable fees & earnings
- Develop KPIs, prepare ad-hoc and routine reporting, and continuously assess liquidity & cash management for Management & GP companies
- Conduct market research, review of SEC filings, and other benchmarking of industry peers
- Supervise a team of 10 within Accounting & Finance
- Support quarterly close, financial reporting, and external investment reporting
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CFA required
- 5-8+ years within accounting/finance for investments, PE, AM, etc.
