    joining our highly skilled team to be a premier provider of Cloud/Application Security services to the customer.

    HOW A CLOUD SECURITY ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT


    Consult with customers and complete common engagement tasks to include providing Cloud/Application security expertise in the analysis, assessment, development and evaluation of security solutions and architectures to secure applications, operating systems, databases, and networks.

    Work on consulting engagement workstreams to address risks using cybersecurity solutions.

    Communicate with team leads and senior leadership, assess changes, and rapidly change direction in support of new and/or changing program requirements.

    Analyze and help maintain a process to coordinate improvements to the cyber security of critical infrastructure in a collaborative process with critical infrastructure owners to determine if current cyber security requirements are sufficient given current and projected risks.


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    Education:
    Bachelors (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline)

    Required Experience:

    10+ years of Cloud and/or Cloud/Application Security experience

    Required Technical Skills:
    General and/or hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google, and/or Oracle Cloud environments and/or networks used by the client.

    General and/or hands-on knowledge of Cloud firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, encryption, NAC, SEIM, and other industry-standard tools, techniques, and practicesGeneral technical knowledge of server and endpoint platform operating systemsGeneral technical knowledge of identity management and security technologies.

    Experience in fast-paced, evolving, cloud-focused projects across a dynamic and diverse range of customer environments.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.


    Desired Qualifications:
    Experience with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.
    Experience in designing Cloud networks, systems, containers, and application architectures.

    DevSecOps experience to assist in collaboration between developers, security specialists, and operation teams to build software that are efficient and secure.


    Desired Certifications:
    AWS and/or Azure CertificationsCyber Security certification in one or more of the following: CISSP, CSSA, GICSP, ICS-Cert, ISA, or other relevant certification(s)
