The Opportunity: Licensed Psychologist (Hybrid)

This is an excellent opportunity for a fully licensed psychologist seeking a hybrid work arrangement (both in-person and telehealth sessions) and the flexibility of a 1099 contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based, individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy services to a diverse adult and/or adolescent client population.

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews as needed.

Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress effectively.

Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Collaborate with the Inspiration Wellness team and external providers as appropriate (e.g., primary care physicians, psychiatrists).

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted license as a Psychologist in the state of practice (e.g., Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
Proven clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.

Demonstrated knowledge of ethical and legal guidelines for clinical practice.

Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
