    Job DescriptionAuto-Land USA is a family run business with a focus on community. On Fridays we like to have barbeque and have everyone get together. This helps us connect and allows us to end the work week off on the right foot. Recently we have been focusing on our service department and would like to add a new member to the Auto-Land USA Team.

    SIGN ON BONUS - $2500

    $1000 minimum pay per week

    This job has the opportunity to move up and become a managing partner of the service department.

    Job Summary
    Auto-Land USA is looking for an Automotive Mechanic to join our Team.

    As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience. Certifications also preferred. You must be able become apart of our team. Must be comfortable with computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

    We like to have great communication with our clients so you must be able to relay problems and provide solutions.

    Responsibilities
    • Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
    • Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
    • Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
    • Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
    • Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED is required
    • An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
    • Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
    • Strong customer service and communications skills are required
