    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an organized and professional receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our office. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless office operations by managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors in a professional manner and welcome them to our office.
    • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
    • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
    • Respond to emails and other communications in a timely manner.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management.
    • Provide general office support to various departments as needed.
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
    • Ensure security procedures are followed, including visitor check-in and access control.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
