    We currently have an opening for our F&I - Finance & Insurance Sales Manager position.

    FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Manage and sell finance and insurance products
    • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with customers and lending partners
    • Process credit applications (including follow-up information)
    • Quote payments and terms to customers
    • Complete the contract and funding process with lenders
    • Enable processes that yield 100% deal turnover to the Finance department
    • Assist in fleet sales, financing, and leasing
    • Collaborate with the sales to share the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended services
    • Utilize available sales programs and provide information to sales teams

    FINANCE & INSURANCE SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS

    Travel

    • 8:30 - 5:30 M-F, no weekends, paid holidays
    • Some travel required.

    Required Education and Experience

    • 2+ years of Finance & Insurance dealership experience
    • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Must stay current with State and Federal finance and insurance regulations

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Account or Finance or equivalent; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Additional Skills and Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization

    • Bi-lingual is a plus
    • Understand and follow all work rules and lawful directions from Management
    • Upholds the companys non-disclosure and confidentiality policies
