    Energy Customer Service Specialist with French

    Job Overview*TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

    They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TEs products or services.

    They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.


    What your background should look like:*
    Key Tasks:

    • Register orders in the SAP system,
    • Manage and follow up orders where required,
    • Process customer returns,
    • Investigate debit and credit requests and process where required,
    • Hold regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, Leadtimes, Abnormal demand, MTO/MTS improvement initiatives,
    • Take care of the Quote Creation Process.

    Your Background:

    • Fluent Spoken and written French and English,
    • Experience in import/export area,
    • Customer Service experience,
    • Experience in SAP systems,
    • Excel skills would be an advantage
