    JOB SUMMARY:


    The Manager of Product Sales is responsible for supporting the growth of skincare and product sales within the organization, both online, and within individual practices (retail).

    This position works very closely with employees involved in selling products & skincare within our clinics, including aestheticians, product educators, medical assistants, practice managers, and physicians/providers.

    This may include providing or assisting with training and development for new & existing employees, as well as helping practices monitor and grow their business in this area.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Train employees regarding how to perform product consultations and build skincare regimens for patients.
    • Provide & Coordinate product and sales education for employees where needed.
    • Assist practices with implementation of product promotion & event planning, while adhering to discounting guidelines and policies.
    • Maintain continued training on product lines and ingredients to remain relevant in the constantly changing field of aesthetics.
    • Work closely with physicians and practice managers to make recommendations regarding product mix & inventory.
    • Work with vendor representatives to create valuable GWP and promotions for practices within the organization.
    • Manage performance of E-comm store for WestDerm & PDP.
    • Perform other duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by management.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    1. 5+ years of sales experience required, in skincare or related products.


    • Aesthetician training or equivalent education preferred.
    • College degree in business or communication with an emphasis on sales and marketing preferred.
    • Knowledge of skin structure and physiology.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to exert motivation and influence.
    • Ability to effectively present in front of large groups.
    • Must be able to work as part of a team.
    • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Effective organization skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Must present a highly professional image at all times.
    • Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.
    • Computer literate with proficient Microsoft Office skills.
    • Ability to operate basic office equipment, including phone, copier, printer etc

    WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to work with minimal supervision, and be able to travel throughout the organization, according to business needs.
