The Records Manager oversees the College-wide records management program for all campuses,
ensuring effective organization storage protection and disposition of both physical digital records.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collaborating with approximately 90 offices departments to manage creation storage dispostion of over 20000 records annually.
  • Sole point of contact providing immediate expert guidance support to college departments on records management best practices procedures policies projects including onsite visits reviewing departmental records assisting with organization storage disposition compliance.
