    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Massage Therapist to join our team. There are multiple shifts available during the weekday and weekends. We have a great team and would love to add someone with a psotive and great energy. We look forward to your application We have a capacity to ramp someone up to 20-25 massages per week.

    • Deep tissue
    • Sport
    • Lymphatic
    • Cupping
    • Guasha
    • Hot Stones
    • Essential Oils

    If you have a particular technique that you are passionate about, please let us know. We can add this to our menu of services. You do not need to be certified in PreNatal. If you are interested, we can send you for certification. All massages are full body unless it is stated so by the patient.

    SUVARNA recognizes that the pace of modern life and the challenges and pressures we face, both from a work and personal perspective, can leave us feeling unbalanced and uncomfortable at best. Many of us are even facing chronic pain in our daily lives. With diverse backgrounds, we know that taking the time to listen to our patients is a critically important part of the healing process. Illness has behavioral and emotional components in addition to physical concerns, and true lasting change comes from addressing all of these areas so that the nervous system can function optimally. This is achieved through the SUVARNA trifecta. Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Massage.

    Qualifications:
    1. Must hold a state license to practice as a massage therapist.
    2. 2-3 years of professional massage therapy experience.
    3. Comprehensive knowledge of muscle and skeletal anatomy, as well as massage therapy techniques and their effects.
    4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    5. Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
    6. Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Myofascial, Trigger Point expertise will be considered a plus.
    7. Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
    8. Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.

    Compensation details
    • Hourly Pay ($40-$50 per session based on the experience)
    • $500 signing bonus (after completing 2 months of active employment)
