Operations Standards Lead - Sturgis

Supports the development and maintenance of operational documentation process standards and change initiatives across the organization Working under the guidance of the Operations Standards Manager assists with drafting SOPs job aids performing process reviews coordinating operational impact assessments and supporting implementation activities for IT or market changes Ensures operational consistency across teams by helping translate business requirements into clear actionable documentation and by supporting change management efforts from scoping through deployment.
- Draft update maintain SOPs job aids quick-reference guides process workflows Participate in process review sessions with partner departments training teams subject matter experts to ensure documentation accuracy Maintain documentation repositories with consistent metadata naming conventions version control Identify documentation inconsistencies outdated materials escalate for correction
- Assist with impact assessments proposed process system changes Help prepare operational readiness materials including updated SOPs communications rollout guides Support Operations Standards Manager in CAB preparation evidence gathering post-implementation reviews Track document actions risks decisions related to process system updates Work alongside IT during system enhancements review changes validate workflows document new requirements Participate user acceptance testing from operational accuracy perspective Assist preparing markets new initiatives distributing materials clarifying workflow steps answeringdocumentation-related questions Support training teams providing updated content confirming correctness Gather feedback markets front-line staff identify pain points lacking clarity Recommend improvements promote standardization
